个人介绍:
马晓强博士长期从事食品微生物和酶工程、食品合成生物学技术开发和应用研究,目前主持国家及企业项目3项;在 Nat. Commun、PNAS、Sci. Adv、Curr. Opin. Biotechnol、J. Agric. Food. Chem等期刊发表SCI论文30余篇,第一作者发表文章14篇,多次受邀国际会议报告,获上海海外高层次引进人才荣誉。
