个人简介
本硕毕业于湖北工业大学食品专业,博士毕业于瑞士苏黎世联邦理工学院(ETH Zurich),获优等博士学位,后于美国麻省理工学院(MIT)完成博士后研究。2022年08月破格聘为新葡的京集团8814长聘教轨副教授,入选国家高层次青年人才计划,建立食品蛋白质结构与功能实验室。
以第一/通讯作者在Nature Food、PNAS、JACS、PRL等期刊发表SCI论文十余篇,高被引论文与Nature Index论文8篇,被引>1200次。主持国家自然科学基金(面上、海外优青)、国家重点研发计划任务、瑞士国家科学基金等项目5项。获ETH Medal、SNSF Mobility Fellow等荣誉奖励。
